I was attempting to update our camper van insurance 90 minute wait on the chat function, to be told I needed to telephone Queued on the telephone to then be told by the I’m not trained. You need to speak to someone else whose busy Eventually told we can’t cover your new camper van so I ended up cancelling It wasn’t the experience I’d wish on anyone.
