Went on portal to change address details on my 2 cars & 1 m/cycle. Couldn’t do it via the portal and was directed to live chat. After 3 agents and 1 hour 55 mins finally got address changed although it cost me nearly £50 in admin charges. Thought having all policies would be easier?!?
