Very pleased with price and ease of setting up my bike insurance policy. BUT when after only a couple of months having the policy I had to sell my bike due to ill health I had great difficulty in contacting One Call to cancel my policy. When I finally managed to get through on live chat. (could not get through by phone)
I was told I would not receive any refund of premium even though I had paid the full premium up front. In 50 years of having motorcycle insurance with various companies I have never had such problems. I would not recommend One Call to anyone.
