astonished that the price to cancel the insurance is almost £60!!! very slow chat service
then i was asked to complete a review because you've got a competition running for your staff!!!! Seriously you're charging me £60 to cancel my car insurance and then want me to review so she can win??? i've always rated onecall very highly but i have to admit to being disappointed.
