I will first admit that my request to cancel my insurance was quick with no fuss.
However, it was incredibly difficult to actually get in contact with the company. I couldn’t find any phone number, and the pages on the website i found told me to go to the portal to cancel and get up to £15 discount, but when I clicked the link it just sent me back to the home page. I ended up having to use the Live Chat and paying £55.99 with no refunds. This is so disappointing, hence the reason I cancelled and switched my insurance.
