When I finally got through to the operative NK3 was able to complete my request without to much pain.
The issue is the set up it is absolutely awful... waiting in one que at number 15 for nearly half an hour and then just as I am about to be connected the screen shuts down and boots me out and I have to start all over again at number 23 what ever happened to good customer service and effective simple communication 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
