Accidentally deleted current car insurance details so put incorrect renewal date with new insurance company (one call) it took more money charged me more but were quick to withdraw cost from my bank way before their insurance was due to start. Renewal date was my mistake but taking the money before policy start date is a bit much. Changing the date should have been a simple one to sort especially as it was 25 days till renewal of car insurance. I give credit where due but not in this case
