Took a long time to get through on livechat - was number 33 when I got connected. When we finally got through to an advisor to talk about uploading driving licence details which the portal would not allow us to do and having the policy threatened to be cancelled unless done so immediately, they were only trying to sell additional extras on the policy, which we did not request. A most worrying time with the policy being close to cancellation and the portal not working.
