Terribly long waiting times, took me 2 days to try and cancel via online chat.
Operator lacked experienced explained I sold the car and I won’t be getting another one and the operator (PP1) insists on a reason why I won’t be getting another car. Felt intrusive and unnecessary.
The refund amount explained also doesn’t appear to be pro rata. I have 6 months left and the refund is equivalent to 2 months, and that’s after the cancellation fee.
