Tara J was very helpful changing my current policy over to a new car.
Onecall though really need to allow customers to call them other than reporting accidents.
My issue is it took just over 3 hours after waiting for chat bot and being cut off.
My new car registration was not found on the portal web site so at to go through chat that also cost me more very frustrating.
