I updated my motorbike insurance as I had changed my bike on line and this went fine without no problems. But after i had done this I realised it was at my previeous address so I went back on line to change this and I filled out all the forms and I was told to speak to an online advisour so I waithed for about 20mins to do this then 'spoke' to Graham who took my details but then went on to convince me to take out additional appointmaents for; protecting my no claims, extra life and injury insurans, extra break down (althought most of what was protected did not apply to a motorcycle; wheel change, caravan tow, windscreen repair) and I said to send it via email and he kept on about it, so much so I did ask if he was on commition? he said not but continued to persue this line of communication so after over 30 mins of this I ended the call This is why I have rated this as 3 star only
