Although One Call as a company don’t allow phone calls to change vehicles , normal insurance matters???
So it’s just bad service, it has taken me 3 hours over 3 different days to change a vehicle on the policy, then charge me a large admin’ fee to do so! it’s about 10 minutes with other insurance company’s and doesn’t cost anything unless the new vehicle is more valuable than the last obviously.
