Unable to go through portal as it didn’t respond to e mail address, passwords and didn’t respond to changes in password. Couldn’t contact anyone on advised telephone numbers. Internet contact simply put me back into customer portal and the frustrations of my contact details not being accepted. Only needed brief contact in order to adjust policy requirements but was unable to due to portal not being fit for purpose over the whole week. I. Did, in actual fact manage to have contact with the chat line on Monday 1st April but, the chat getting close to 4pm when the office closed and something other than me terminated the call which caused further annoyance because the call was in the process of saving me about £60.00 (final figure to be confirmed if I could have finished the call).
