Happy with the insurance and level of cover but was a headache to cancel as bike is no longer mine. That said I would use your services again I would just prefer to talk to someone rather then online chat as it took too long for the operator to respond to me which I’m sure isn’t the operators fault suspect that they are doing more than one enquiry at a time. There was no option to contact by telephone once I entered the cancellation page or if there was I didn’t see it.
