It should be 5 stars for the phone Operator re JF3. However, in regard to being able to contact the company ...it took me a whole morning of trying to get a telephone number...only to find there isn't one. Appreciate that everything is moving on line....but sometimes a telephone option may be required for more complex queries.
As I said 5 stars for the chat operator...but only 3 for overall ability to communicate easily with One Call
