Very helpful once I got through to someone on chat. You state that you can change a vehicle on the portal for free, but this is not possible and was charged £77 because I had to use the chat. If you advise the portal allows changes for free then it should be available to do.
Marshall was very helpful on the chat, but would have liked to be able to do it for free as you advise on your site. I would also like to be able to speak to a human over the phone.
