They appear to be a reasonably priced insurance broker, but trying to renew to another car out of hours was not possible and I had to take a policy out with another company.
I picked up my new car on the way home from my nightshift so required insurance cover, then they have the cheek to charge me for cancelling my policy early.
Had someone been able to help at One Call when I needed them, I May have renewed my policy with them again.
