It's near impossible to speak to someone if you have a query, you can only use the portal. There is no chat at weekends when you have time to get things sorted and difficult in the week to get anything done as they always have to go talk to the provider. I changed my car and had 6 weeks left on my policy, i couldn't change the car details on the portal so i got charge nearly £70 to do this and then increased my monthly mileage rate from 8.5p to 12.5p. Absolute con will never use again.
