I have had a policy with One Call for a while but I was a bit unhappy with the additional payment I had to pay for changing my vehicle, and when I asked about cancelling the policy I was told there would be no refund even though I have only had my policy for 4 months. I felt I had no option but to pay the additional payment rather than going with another much cheaper company as I would be out of pocket in the long run.
I can not fault the Operator RA5 as he was very helpful and did try to get me a better price for the new policy.
