BN1 was polite and listened to my issue but I didn't really get a solution to my problem. Very text book answers to my concerns with no real outcome. He did offer to waive the cancellation fee if I wanted to move to a different product which was great but I thought that should have been the last port of call. Not sure if this was just company policy or if more could have been achieved on my call. I found myself satisfied with the call but a little frustrated.
