I have gone through the online journey. After submitting my payment details, I've got a tick on Step 4 which is additional extras. I'm now on Step 5. There's nowhere to click on to get a tick for completing Step 5. So i dont know if this has gone through or not. Normally, one would receive an email to confirm everything, but i havent received any email. All these happened yesterday, still no confirmatory email. Today, in my concern, i went to check my Credit Card statement and i could then see a One Call item on there. So something HAS gone through. It would have been nice to receive an email with reference number etc though ...
And the request for feedback at this stage is premature as i havent received any item from Onecall yet. This feedback is based on the Customer Online Journey only.
