One Calls Website is one of the worst of I’ve ever seen, especially to navigate on desktop.
However, their online web chat service is excellent. There was no wait time and KB2 was a wonderful representative. If I were judging just their customer service I’d give it 5 stars, but getting there in the first place was impossible on desktop.
