Have used One Call Insurance for many years without a problem. As insurers go they are often very competitive but expensive cancellation fee when or if you want to move to another insurer - £114. This makes it difficult to change and isn't worth the trouble.
Also dislike on line chat with agent. Much prefer to actually talk to a real person. No option unfortunately.
