Call handler TT3 helped transfer my insurance to my new vehicle.
The online system did not allow me to make this change so it shows you cannot & should not replace humans with computers.
Much better to speak to someone on the phone than an online chat.
Only reason I’m leaving 3*’s for the company is because One Call is pushing for everything to be done online & they do not make it easy to call in.
But the call handler scores 5*’s
