It did not make me happy just frustrated and angry. Your customer portal initially did not recognise my vehicle then did not recognise the information I entered. Because of this I had to pay extra to make the changes to my car insurance through a vehicle chat. What a rubbish system. All I wanted to do was talk to somebody.
Thankfully once I spoke to somebody on the live chat he was very helpful. His reference is JW5
