The service received was incredibly slow and clunky. I spoke to three different advisors across three different chats. One chat cut me off for no reason when I was about to make payment for a change to my policy. I don’t mind not being able to speak to someone on the phone but I expect the online chat service to work much better. Very frustrating and disappointing. I have spent around two hours sorting something that should be done in 10mins.
