The service on live chat was good today by vh3 . But not being ae to speak to a human on the phone is so frustrating. Other times on live chat I've waited in a massive queue and it was slow to talk as the operative was probably speaking to multiple people at once. Add a phone line and it will be good. Also do not send texts to say insurance is cancelled as it can easily be missed . Price was reasonable.
