People line to talk to an agent
Online chat is very un personable
Very bad system
Reinstate a proper customer service
Due to the company using on line chat instead of a telephone contact I am reluctant to re insure my policy when up for renew
One Call bring back telephone agents
Customers like to speak to people not a robot
