Not particularly happy with this online company
Have had two direct debit amounts taken from my bank and was told that I would be transferred to the platinum team to discuss on of them - have had no response from said team and have cancelled direct debit as I was told it had lapsed but was still taken from my account - very confused and would like to talk to an actual human to rectify this
