Your agent who attended to my making contact today was very helpful. I think that to have talked on the phone would have been very much simpler and quicker all round.
I seem to remember that when, in the past, a policy was cancelled then the outstanding proportion of its cost was returned, less a comparatively modest admin fee. Is this no longer the case in the industry? I'm sure the details were in the policy at the time of agreement and going ahead, but I wanted to make contact in optimism.
