One call Insurance have no telephone number to contact customer service. It’s done through messages on-line. They are presumably dealing with lots of customers at the same time as there are several minutes between each message. 25 minutes for one simple question. The final answer to which was “No, we don’t need to know”. A very long and tedious process. Not for me but maybe that’s because I remember the days of the work being done by the company and not the customer.
