Unbelievable… having to use chat system which means a simple 5 min call to change a vehicle took 40mins as the first chat got cut off so had to go through the procedure again…
Even after ticking box that I didn’t want to be offered extras I was..
Not sure why you are called one call as it ain’t that simple….
