KT1 was polite, efficient and helpful and reduced our quote to similar price to last year.
Disappointed however that One Call’s renewal quote was initially a 40% rise on last year (despite no claim being made) which forced us to call and negotiate a reduction despite being a loyal customer and having moved to a smaller house.
