The agent I spoke to was very helpful and for that I would give 5 starts.
However, my car is currently being repaired and the car I was provided by the repairer is manual and difficult to manouvre and hence I am not using it. Whan this happened many years ago insurers provided like with like courtesy cars. Our car that is being repaired is top of the range automatic and the least we should have received is an automatic car with easy steering wheele.
