I don't like the chatbot situation on your insurance model. I struggled with it all along ( it is very impersonal and when one is in a crisis, which i was, it is so important to hear another human voice and have someone help you get through to the right person ), then at the very end when i did have a moan about it i was given a phone number. But this phone number should be visible on the website and in 'my account'.
