One Call Insurance are impossible to speak to which is sooooo frustrating when you have a 2 minute question and so force you down the "Live Chat" route.
The Live Chat button is quite small and does not make locating it easy which just adds to the frustration.
That said, the person that I spoke/chatted with was very knowledgeable, which ironically DID take 2 minutes to sort out and 15 minutes to get to the "Live Chat" agent.
