Very disappointed hour and a half trying to change my motorcycle insurance from one bike to another…. Started of being a 5 minute on line change and payment .
Went on chat on line which took 45 minutes to sort and charge me double the administration fee , one call did concede on the double fee and reverted back to the standard fee.
In my view very frustrating system and for the hassle and time taken to solve the issue should not have been charged a admin fee at all .
