Very poor communication. They tried to tell me my no claims bonus wasn't valid and tried to charge me more for my insurance even though I provided proof of my 13 years No Claims Bonus. There is no one to physically talk to, only an online chat. I had to wait 30 minutes to get to 'speak' to someone. When they did finally respond to me, they couldn't even write a sentence correctly. Very poor and unprofessional. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone.
