First of all, I had an hours nightmare trying to contact you. I couldn't get into the portal, would accept my email. Or password, which I tried to change numerous times, had no joy.
I just wanted to talk to someone to cancel my policy. In the end I managed to chat to Mackenzie, who helped me cancel the policy. Which was fantastic.
