Called to update driver from Provisional to full licence. I realised there might be an increase in cost, I'm but not happy that there was an "admin fee of £39.00" as "highlighted in the One Call Information Booklet and Key Facts document".
Agent lu1 was helpful but didn't point out the admin fee element.
I will certainly think twice before renewing though the actual insurance was good value.
