Sadly this isn’t a great review for one call, but it’s not all bad.
My main issue is the portal. For me it hasn’t the answers or questions that are relevant to some needs.
Biggest issue not be able to speak to someone personally, wasted to much time with stupid chat service.
Have been insured for 2 years with one call, but unfortunately going to look elsewhere.
Cheers to Esmond Takyi who call ME yesterday as my insurance was for renewal. Very helpful lad, and if guys like Esmond were available to call with issues then I would have probably stayed. Mark
