The person that I spoke to was helpful but what she told me to do on my customer portal to get the result that I was asking for was not successful as it came back saying they were unable to give me any results and said I should speak on line to a representative . Didn’t have time to wait in the que again to speak to someone as I had already been trying for about 1 hour. So gave up would be much easier if you could speak on the phone to someone .
