am3 was polite enough, but having money taken unauthorised from a different bank account was not particularly good and being told that Onecalldirect can reimburse part of that payment but not the whole amount. This was a new policy being set-up and Close Finance being commissioned by Onecalldirect took £30 late payment from my account before any DD's had been set-up and from a completely different bank I had not authorised. Serious breach of data protection, as Onecalldirect had given them the other bank details.
