No phone number to just call someone up and change my policy from old car to (pending) new car. All on website only: which didn't recognise the new reg number. So - me spending 30 minutes of time fighting with the website to finally get a Live Chat window (only option to speak to someone) that actually works. Live Chat was very glitchy and painful. Jacob W - the chap who helped me out in the end was nice and efficient. But just imagine if I could have just spoken to him on the phone - we could have had it sorted in 10 minutes. Will be reconsidering who I insure with when policy comes up for renewal.
