Felt the live chat was mainly there to sell me further policies rather than dealing with my request to simply add a driver! The same questions were asked as those I’d already filled out on the online form . However this was difficult too as it took several attempts to get to the end . Furthermore adding a driver which was far from easy also turned out to be very expensive
