My husband and I are in our late 70’s and found it really stressful doing online chats, all together it took 2 hrs to finally transfer our current vehicle insurance to the one we are purchasing on Friday. During the first online chat I was suddenly told the chat was ending and we had to start again from beginning including queuing!! Very poor service!
