Hello onecall, I contacted you today via my phone today as I wanted to add a named driver to my policy.
I was was not happy to discover that you will not do this by phone .
Since I have been driving for over 60 years, I have dealt with many insurance companies ALL of which were able to carry out any request by phone so why not you ? I consider this non-service very poor.
