Don’t want to write a book but there are a few things I wasn’t happy with.
Accessing the portal was a problem as it didn’t recognise my password and I had to change it which was not without problems. (Annoyed that you have to write not only yous email and password but they ask for your date of birth every time you log in, and it needs to be 00/00/0000.)
The premium for last year was not that competitive but the renewal for this year was higher, even though I know that premiums are reducing,(according to Martin Lewis).
On the good side, I didn’t have to wait in along queue when I called and got a nice young man called RM 2 tried his best to improve the renewal offer but was still way too high compared with comparable online quotes.
Suffice to say I won’t miss them, and I saved £140 on the price they quoted me.
