Although I was disappointed that the phone service to discuss my renewal is not available now - only Live Chat, which is less convenient - when I did live chat with Jade **JS4**, the service was very good. My specific requirements on Excesses were understood and an acceptable new price was offered.
It would have been more convenient, however, if the best price was offered on the renewal offer letter from One Call (hence the 3 stars).
