EK4 did a good job. Your portal is rubbish and difficult to use although the online chat was helpful and quick. On the whole I would not recommend One Call I still want to talk to a person on the phone and receive paperwork in the post.
Not everyone has the skills or wants to do everything online. I have happily paid more to go elsewhere.
